Lighthouse City Of Refuge
Church History
Lighthouse City of Refuge is a ministry born out of prayer in the spring of 2019. Since living in the Wayne County area for several years, our hearts felt a burden to plant a ministry in Goldsboro where men and women can come to a judgment-free atmosphere of worship and will feel safe and loved no matter what walk of life they come from.

We believe in the gifts of the Spirit, the word of God as the final authority for all things, and most of all, we believe Jesus is Lord. We have been in operation for 5 and a half years and we feel no way tired. We invite all who want to come and worship with us in spirit and truth.
Keeping
the Faith
We at the Lighthouse City of Refuge believe we are living in the last days, and deception is in the land. It is a critical time in history, and Jesus is soon to return according to Scripture. We encourage every believer to keep the faith in Jesus Christ now more than ever before. The Scriptures tell us that the one who endures to the end shall be saved. Don't let people or circumstances shake your faith in God. He will see us through, and He will fulfill every promise. Be encouraged and stay in the race. Victory is already ours in Jesus Christ.
Spiritual
Community
My wife and I would like to share several ideas with the broader spiritual community. We first want to provide a guide to married couples and married couples to be information and counseling to help aid with matrimony and the beauty and origin of how God designed marriage between man and woman through a ministry God birthed through us called Adam's rib.
We want to make sure young people understand the beauty and gift of matrimony in God's way and help them develop relationships with each other before and after having children. We have a second vision of training ministers to pursue their greatest potential in pinpointing and knowing their exact calling and ministry gift so they can fully be effective in whatever area they have been called by God to go into. We have some 30 years of ministry apiece, and we have a vast knowledge of the five-fold.
We call this ministry The High Calling Roundtable. It's time we get together and train and empower ministers to fulfill their ministry gift as well as handle the weight of the mundane affairs of life at the same time. Lighthouse City of Refuge is a safe place for families, teens, adults, and even our golden citizens to mesh together in love and worship to reach the higher calling of Christ. Every soul seeking a place of Refuge, a watering station, refueling, and spiritual warfare strategies, you will find it through our extensive Bible training institute called Tuesday Transformation.
Whatever area of need or fulfillment spiritually that is needed, Lighthouse City of Refuge is more than capable of helping our spiritual community at Large reach your full potential. Come on home and join a team that won't judge you but will push you to become what God Almighty through Christ has created for you to be.
